Balloon Poppers Help

I'm in a giving mood. So if anybody has an idea for their balloon poppers that they want to know if it will work (will a ball fall straight through a hole on an incline, or will it continue to move forwards after it falls?), or how to make something (how do I make a funnel?), or how to make somethign do something ( how do I launch a parachuting figure?); just ask!
